The sheets were stuck to each other very firmly & would not disengage even while boiling. And quite a few sheets were all broken. Quite disappointed even after paying such a high price .

The sheets take to long to cook and the sticks together no matter how much oil you put in water

The sheets are thin and plain. There are no ridges at the long end. The sheets are very thin and break easily while handling - need to be very gentle. The sheets have the tendency to stick to each other while booking. Tips: dip the sheets in cold water for some time, maybe 3 minutes. This removes excess starch. Then boil. Since lasagna is baked, there is no need to boil for more than 5 min. This also helps in keeping them stiff, easily to remove stuck sheets without tearing. Another option is to boil less sheets together, again less than 5 mind. Remove and dip in cold water and separate them there. Then leave them on a cloth kitchen towel. So this just before layering the lasagna.
