This not pure aloe vera gel, but contains multiple chemicals and additives. I am listing them down as per the label, though proportions are not mentioned: DM water Glycerin Polysorbate 20 Aloe vera extract Oils of hydrogenated castor, Vetivert, Chamomile, Lavender Carbomer Phenoxyethanol Sodium benzoate Potassium sorbate Benzyl alcohol Sodium hydroxide Chlorophyll greenI am not sure how effective or harmful it will be for skin and hair, but I would not like to experiment with this product. When looking for aloe vera gel, I would primarily like 99% pure gel with maybe simple vitamin e or some such harmless natural addition, not a concoction of industrial chemicals as mentioned on this product. On an aside, it has a pretty bad smell too. Also note this is not returnable

The product is really great. It helps the skin soothe. Helped my skin a lot, cleared dark spots, controlled the acne. But it didn't suit my friend's skin. So test it before you use on your skin, it doesn't suit everybody. The scent is raw and a bit strong smell. The packaging can be improved. Other than that this is my second purchase. It's a blessing to the skin.

I found some other brand Aloe Vera gel makes the hair very stiff and while combing the hair it will lead to hair loss. However, this particular product is amazing it makes the hair soft, supple and moisturizing.

I'm using this aloe vera gel for my skin and hair. Bestest product I have used. There are many brands that provides aloe vera gel but this one is nothing like others. This is the best product I have used. No stickiness, mild ingredients, melts into the skin

Good product at such price but the smell of it is a little strong which makes me think of chemicals that might be used in it but trust me i am using it since quite a long tym and never got any reaction to it good to use

The smell is not good but the quality and effectiveness are amazing. Also, the smell goes away in few seconds.

Its a really useful product. It cleanses the skin. I usually use it to cleanse my skin instead of using a face wash and it works well. Just that you need to use a moisturizer after the product as it makes the skin dry even though I have oily skin. Also works well for acne and scars but takes its time to show the results. It takes around continuous use of 3 months to work well.

I really like how it kind of blends into the skin smoothly without leaving it dry or hard. The consistency is very good and although it doesn’t have any perfumed smell once anyone opens the lid of the box, but after applying on the skin or hair it doesn’t have any smell at all which is a good thing. It means that the product is really free of extra chemical properties. I have stored it in the refrigerator and apply it twice on my face, has a very cool and soothing effect.Very fresh and lovely gel.
