Ohhhh man such a great product for people who goes to gym , who loves to lift weights it is an ammonia which increases oxygen level in your lungs. Help you to lift heavy weight or a PR if you go to gym, just buy it. No need to use it, but keep it with you. It will give you a different type of motivation.
