I used it today for the first time. It doesn't have any specific taste or aroma. Taste and aroma depends up on how you prepare it. Just 3 spoon serving enough for me as breakfast. I felt tummy full after that. This might help me to shed some weight as it doesn't add too much calories in my diet but having a tummy full feeling at same time. Hope results will be visible in 2 to 3 weeks. Also do not boil and make porridge from this. It gives opposite effect as such treatment increases its glycemic index. Try recipies like upma where such boiling is not required. also do not have if you take any laxative. I prefer to have this before going to bed when we do not require too much calorie
