The lip balm itself is really good and works well. It keeps my lips soft and moisturized, and I’m quite happy with the quality of the product.However, the packaging was very disappointing. It was not packed properly at all. There was no proper cover or protective packaging—instead, it was just wrapped in a piece of paper and taped with sellotape. This made it feel careless and unprofessional.Overall, while the product quality is good, the packaging needs serious improvement. Better packaging would make the overall experience much more satisfying.
