I've been using Shiva Organic Hemp Seeds as a post workout supplement and I've noticed a significant improvement in my recovery time The protein and omega 3s in these seeds help reduce inflammation and support muscle growth Plus they are easy to digest and don't cause any stomach upset Highly recommend

I was skeptical about trying hemp seeds but Shiva Organic's product has won me over The seeds are fresh flavorful and packed with nutrients I've been using them as a topping for yogurt and oatmeal and I've even added them to my favorite granola recipe

Very bad quality. Packaging date is may2025 and best before 12 months. Kept them in the fridge still has worms in it.
