I used this active acne cream on my tiny pimples, and they almost disappeared. However, when I used it again, the next morning I noticed two pimples. One was an old pimple that came back, and the other was a new one. I thought it might be an infection, but after using Himalaya face wash, one pimple cleared completely and the second one became very small. At night, I applied the acne cream again. The next morning, both pimples appeared again. Because of this, I feel that the acne cream may be causing my pimples to come back instead of fully healing them.

Very effective spot gel! It reduces redness and swelling quickly without drying out the skin. Lightweight, absorbs fast, and really helps with active breakouts.
