Khapli is reddish … this it’s not. I’m not sure how this flour can be Khapli. The ground is coarse too.

There is a huge difference between a normal ata and Khapli ata. The taste and gluten content is very high. Khapli ata looks reddish in color and this is white in color and the quality is not that great.
