    Hello Readers, I have been personally using this atta for almost 2 months now and I'm very satisfied with it. The Roti's taste quite good as compared to regular atta and even on stomach its quite light and filling. I would recommend it to people who are looking to cut down carbohydrates in their diet and at the same time not compromising on the nutrients.

    This flour is good overall and i have used it multiple times. But I am disappointed from the quality of the last order. The packet had many small insects inside it and I was shocked to see that.In addition to this, There is no replacement option available for this product as well.

    Ordered this product with good nutritional benefits which definitely helps to provide good protein requirements, especially for the vegetarians. It has a very less net carbs content in comparison to normal whole wheat flour.The only dissatisfaction was the packaging. I received a packet with 2 cuts and the flour was coming out of it. Not expected from a renowned name like AMAZON.How can we trust that the product is not adulterated if the packaging is torn.

    Taste is good and as long as you thinking of long term usage with health. A very good revolutionary product for vegetarians. Go for it.. by mere replacing it with your current rotis.. you are going to be 10 steps forward to your goal.
