I washed my hair with it for the first time yesterday and my hair felt so soft even before i used conditioner. Everyone should give this shampoo a try. The only downfall is that the bottles are small and it takes a very long time to ship

It doesn't have a negative star else I would have given that only. I don't like anything about this product. It is worst of worst product for hair. Even the Clinic Plus sachet of 1 ₹ is far more better than this. I bought combo of Lotus Amla shampoo & conditioner thinking that this might be good but it has made by hair more dry and frizzy than earlier. The conditioner is just even more bad than shampoo. Please don't buy this product even if someone gives for free.

Keeps hair soft, smells nice. no issues yet, good of looking for an herbal shampoo. effectiveness is very subjective, so will not comment on that. won't harm your hair.
