These Kiyome Deep Cleansing Foot Detox Pads are a total wellness win—the 10-pack lasts two weeks, and applying them overnight is a breeze: just stick to clean feet before bed, and wake up to pads full of "toxins" (love that visual proof!). I've noticed less bloating, better energy, and deeper sleep after a week; the herbal blend smells subtly earthy and relaxing. Gentle on skin, no irritation, and super affordable. My go-to for self-care—highly recommend for anyone feeling sluggish!

I bought this foot detox pad and used it for two nights. The pads turned black and sticky by morning, but this is simply a reaction between the ingredients and sweat/moisture — not toxins being removed from the body. There is no scientific evidence that these pads (or any such pads) detoxify anything. I did not experience any real health benefits, and after researching, I realized this product relies on visual tricks and marketing claims to mislead customers. In my honest opinion, this is a waste of money. I strongly advise others not to buy this product and instead focus on proven health practices.
