I tested this hair serum on both myself and my daughters, who have different hair types, and the results varied slightly depending on the user.Application instructions: The English instructions are somewhat vague, so this might help: Wash your hair with your normal shampoo and rinse. Wring out excess water. Apply the serum directly to the hair (especially the ends). As the serum contacts wet hair, it warms slightly and turns into a white, conditioner-like texture. Work it through with your fingertips or a comb. Rinse and style as usual. Applying it directly to the hair seems to work better than applying it to your hands first because the serum begins warming and reacting with moisture immediately.How much to use: The amount needed depends heavily on hair thickness. My hair: thin, fine, upper back length with some bleach damage → ½ vial works well. My daughters’ hair: thicker, fuller, and longer → 1 to 1½ vials per treatment. Basically, once the hair is lightly coated and slippery, similar to a conditioner, I stop.Results on different hair types: My hair (fine, thin, slightly damaged) Noticeably softer and smoother Looks sleeker without feeling greasy or heavy I can go longer between washes because it reduces dryness without weighing my hair downMy daughters’ hair (thicker, slightly coarse, naturally wavy) They said they couldn't tell a difference with their hair texture (no softer or sleeker than normal). BUT their waves were less frizzy. A good example: When my 10-year-old comes home from school, she normally looks like she's been through the wringer, but the day after using the serum, she came home with soft beach-waves. No frizz.Overall impression This is not a miracle treatment that instantly repairs split ends or dramatically changes coarse hair after one use. However, it does noticeably improve softness, smoothness, and frizz control—especially on fine or slightly damaged hair.
