This has become my staple diet now and I love every bit of it. Do note it won't taste like regular cereal as it is completely free of sugar. helps when you are working out and you want something to much on

I have purchased this for my mother as she is sugar patient and muesli is good for healthy breakfast, She loves the taste and ingredients in this product being a Kellogg's will definitely give 5 stars, planning to buy few more but its out of stock everytime when I planned to buy from amazon

My parents are diabetic+ I have uric acid problem,are using it for breakfast or snacks(using it for past two year, has a beneficial effect on our diet). Muesli has mix balance of different grains(EXTRA SUGAR NOT ADDED & the natural carbohydrates in it are required by our body) & help us not rising some particular components ( for example- some people can't have corn only components for uric acid etc purpose) I also love it+ use it for soothing my sweet cravings( no added sugar, but if you like u can add fresh fruits or honey/ maple syrup or with yougurt(sour or sweet, I like it with sour curd)) the taste is good, very healthy! Personal tip- there are other types & varieties of muesli, must give it a shot!
