LESS SOAKING TIME: It takes just five minutes to get hydrated in boiling water, unlike soya chunks which are needed to be soaked for a longer duration before using them in any recipe.

For those of you who are going for this product as a meat alternative, get ready to be disappointed. This is not a meat sub and neither does it say so on the package anywhere. Honestly, I've prepared just plain soybeans to a better texture than this. This isn't a soybean texture, it's not of chicken texture as well. This product is in a category all on its own, I don't even know what to call it. Some others might like it, but even if I didn't look at it from the perspective that it is just another soy product, the texture isn't that impressive. You'd be better off buying soybean chunks directly.
