    My first go at this brand for Sharbati atta, am glad to say the Doug made from this flour is indeed soft n light and the resultant roti/chapatis/parathas remain soft even when checked the following day without refrigeration. Taste is great and it has a distinct aroma too.Quality product, thank you Amazon.
