I bought this Fixderma Foobitek Cream hoping it would help my mother’s diabetic foot issues, as she’s a sugar patient and needs safe skincare. What a nightmare! While applying it, I felt sharp pricks on my fingers—upon closer inspection, the cream was contaminated with countless tiny glass pieces! My fingers got multiple cuts, and it was terrifying to think what could have happened to my mom’s sensitive skin. I carefully scooped out more and yes, visible glass fragments everywhere—clearly a faulty batch or manufacturing defect. This isn’t just poor quality; it’s a serious health hazard! For diabetics prone to infections, this could lead to wounds, sepsis, or worse. I immediately stopped use, cleaned everything, and threw it away. Amazon/Fixderma, this is unacceptable! I’ve reported it, but please recall this batch. DO NOT BUY—your safety isn’t worth the risk. Seek alternatives and check your tubes!
