Even though i liked the pariappu payasam as this was my first tasting of this famed kerala dish i couldn’t help but compare this with moong halwa with addition of coconut aftertones.one can give it a try for change.

The payasam is amazing and tastes really good. You have to boil it a bit more for the dal to get cooked properly. There is not much to complain other than the there is no nuts , raisins or even coconut chunks in the payasam which is usually there in the payasam. Overall good and nothing to complain about.

On cooking, the Parippu Pradhaman was having the original taste as prepared in traditional way. The flavour and taste gave full satisfaction. Really a superb product worth buying.
