Initially this atta was my favourite due to my allergies. Finally I found an atta which could make life easier for me..Now they seem to be selling regular atta under this name as I get allergies from it like regular atta unlike the initial few times I ordered it. Alas 1 more company which I thought to be genuine became like others doing the same tactic of deteriorating the quality.

Please consider that they say it is gluten free Atta but also under allergen advice it states processed in a plant where gluten products are manufactured. I bought the product trusting it is gluten free as I am allergic and later had an allergy because I ate roti from this flour. Do not advertise as gluten free as gluten free products have some standards set for allergic people.

I was hesitant to try this since gluten-free flours can sometimes be tricky, but Lo! Foods’ Gluten-Free Multigrain Atta surpassed all my expectations. It’s super easy to work with and doesn’t leave behind a weird aftertaste. I’ve made everything from rotis to pancakes, and they’ve all turned out perfectly. It’s also packed with nutritious ingredients, which makes it an even better choice for me. Highly recommend it to anyone avoiding gluten!

Makes soft rotis and tastes very fresh. You can tell it’s made from real millets. Ideal for anyone avoiding gluten or looking for a healthy flour option. Slightly thicker than wheat atta but very nutritious and filling.
